SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. Custom and large orders may require additional preparation time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

PICKUP

Scheduled pickup is available by appointment in the Menlo Park, California area. Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery may be available for select locations within the San Francisco Bay Area. Delivery availability and fees are determined at checkout or confirmed before your order is completed.

SHIPPING

Some products may be available for shipping within California or the United States, depending on weather conditions and product type. We carefully package all orders; however, once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Sweets by Nika is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

Our desserts are made fresh and should be refrigerated or enjoyed promptly upon receipt. Please follow the storage instructions included with your order.
