RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been prepared, fulfilled, picked up, delivered, or shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it at sweetsbynikasf@gmail.com and include photos of the product. We will review each situation individually and work with you to resolve the issue when appropriate.

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
